Neela Manjunath, born on 20 May 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, Karnataka cadre. She served in various capacities including Deputy Commissioner, Special Deputy Commissioner, and Managing Director. From 1 January 2019, she held the position of Managing Director at the Karnataka Silk Marketing Board Limited. Throughout her career, she contributed to the administration of Karnataka state before retiring from service.
