Neel Kamal Darbari, an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Rajasthan cadre, was born on February 4, 1963. She holds a postgraduate degree in English Literature, an MBA in Business Administration, and a graduate degree in English. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Managing Director, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Adviser, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Resident Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Collector, and Deputy Commissioner/SDM. Her most recent position was Chairperson at the National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention, Cabinet Secretariat, Delhi, from May 9, 2022, to February 28, 2023. She is now retired.
