Nawal Kishore Choudhary, born on November 4, 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree from Patna University, an M.B.B.S., and a postgraduate qualification in Surgery. Currently serving as the Collector and District Magistrate of Bhagalpur since January 26, 2024, he has previously held the position of Assistant Secretary. Proficient in Hindi and English, Mr. Choudhary continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
