Navneet Sharma, born on October 10, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department. His most recent designation was Additional Secretary, a position he held from June 1, 1999, to October 31, 2000. Prior to this, he served as Joint Secretary. Throughout his career, Sharma contributed to various administrative functions within his department.
