Currently, he is the Joint Managing Director at U.P Cooperative Sugar Factories Federation Ltd, Lucknow, a position he assumed on August 23, 2024. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Secretary. Navneet Sehara continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Uttar Pradesh.
