Dr. Navneet Mohan Kothari, born on 05/09/1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2001 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds degrees in M.B.B.S. and Forensic Science. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary to the Governor of Madhya Pradesh since 24/07/2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Environment Commissioner & Director, Ex-Officio Secretary, Managing Director, Joint Secretary, and District Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Dr. Kothari continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Madhya Pradesh in his ongoing service.
