Navneet Kumar Sehgal, born on 25 July 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Com degree, a Company Secretary qualification in Company Law, and a Ph.D. in Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Resident Commissioner, Secretary to the Chief Minister, Private Secretary, Director, Secretary, District Magistrate, Additional Registrar, Joint Secretary, General Manager, Vice Chairman, and Assistant Collector. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Sports Department from 31 August 2022 to 31 July 2023.
