Navjot Khosa, an IAS officer of the 2012 Kerala cadre, was born on June 13, 1983. She holds a B.D.S. degree from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Punjab. Currently, she serves as Director (Census Operations) at Chandigarh, Punjab under the Registrar General and Census Commissioner of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, from December 19, 2022, to December 31, 2025. Her past roles include District Collector and District Magistrate, Managing Director, Deputy Secretary, Food Commissioner, Sub Collector, and Assistant Collector. She has received awards such as Best Performing District on Roll Out of Joint Action Plan and First Prize for Best District in the South Zone National Water
