Navin Kumar Singh, born on 25 December 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Currently, he is the Director at the Department of Panchayati Raj, Bihar, a position he has held since 14 December 2025. Prior to this role, he served as an Additional Secretary. Mr. Singh continues to contribute to the administrative framework within his department.
