Navin Kumar, born on 15 August 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1969 Maharashtra cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, Settlement Commissioner, Director, Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Chief Director, Assistant Director, Private Secretary, Joint Director, CEO, and Assistant Collector. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the General Administration Department of Maharashtra.
