Navin Kumar, born on March 7, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering. Currently, he is the District Magistrate at Khagaria, Bihar, a position he has held since May 31, 2025. His previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, as well as State Transport Commissioner. Navin Kumar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within Bihar.
