Navin Chandra Jha, born on August 1, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, Bihar cadre. During his career, he served as District Magistrate from January 17, 2013, to July 31, 2017. He also held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. His tenure in the IAS reflects his commitment to public administration within Bihar.
