Navin, born on 28 June 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has held the position of Additional Secretary. Currently, he is the District Magistrate of Jamui, Bihar, a role he assumed on 1 June 2025. Navin continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration and governance of Bihar.
