Navin, born on June 28, 1968, is a 2013 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served as Additional Secretary. Currently, he is the District Magistrate at Jamui, Bihar, a position he has held since June 1, 2025. Navin continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
