Naveen Raj Singh, born on May 9, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and an M.Sc. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary to Government in the Youth Empowerment and Sports Department, Karnataka, a position he assumed on June 3, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Secretary, Joint Commissioner, Chief Electoral Officer, Special Commissioner, Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, and Regional Commissioner. Naveen is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
