Naveen Kumar Chandra, born on June 20, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Master of Technology in Polymer Chemistry from IIT Roorkee. Currently, he is the Joint Secretary in the Food and Supplies Department of West Bengal. Previously, he served as Additional District Magistrate. Naveen Kumar Chandra continues to contribute to the administrative framework of West Bengal in his current role.
