Naveen Kumar, born on 12 October 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from the University of Punjab. Currently, he is the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer at Gaya, Bihar, a position he has held since 31 May 2025. Naveen Kumar has previously served as District Magistrate and Deputy Development Commissioner. He is actively serving in the Zilla Parishad department.
