Naveen Aggarwal, born on September 7, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine from the All India Institute of Medical Science. Currently, he is the Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, a position he assumed on February 22, 2024. Throughout his career, Naveen has held various roles, including Deputy Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Registrar, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Joint Director, Deputy Director, and Project Officer.
