Navdeep Shukla, born on November 4, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Accountancy from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, and an LL.B in Law from the University of Delhi, Campus Law Centre. Navdeep is currently the District Magistrate of Banka, Bihar, a position he has held since June 2, 2025. He has previously served as a Director. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
