Navdeep Rinwa, born on 28 January 1973, is a 1999 batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science. Currently, he serves as the CEO at Uttar Pradesh under the State Election Commission since 27 August 2023. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, Managing Director, Director, District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Assistant Magistrate, and Personal Secretary to Minister of State. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
