Naval Kishore Ram, born on 15 September 1977, is a 2008 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in History from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner at Pune Municipal Corporation, Maharashtra, a position he assumed on 31 May 2025. Throughout his career, Naval Kishore Ram has held various roles including Joint Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and Chief Executive Officer. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
