Narsing Upadhyaya, born on April 26, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, District Collector and Magistrate, Registrar Director, and Registrar in the Department of Co-Operative Societies. His most recent position was Registrar from July 30, 2008, to April 30, 2010.
