Narnaware Manish Shankarrao, born on 31 August 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, assigned to the Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, a position he has held since 24 June 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary, Additional Collector (Development), and Project Officer. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
