Dr. Naresh Kumar Thakral, born on August 1, 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.E. from Allahabad University and an M.Tech. from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Currently serving as Secretary in the Finance Department at Jaipur since January 1, 2022, Dr. Thakral has held various positions including Managing Director & CEO, Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, and Deputy Secretary. He continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Rajasthan with a career spanning multiple key roles.
