Narendra Kumar Sinha, born on November 15, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Industries Department and held the position of Joint Secretary from March 27, 2018. Throughout his career in the IAS, he contributed to the administrative framework within his cadre and department.
