Narendra Kumar Sinha, born on 16 May 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.E. and M.E. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Principal Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, Transport Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, and Administrator. His most recent position was Secretary in the Information and Broadcasting Department from 1 July 2017 to 31 May 2018.
