Narendra Kumar, born on June 20, 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Philosophy and an LL.B. in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Special Secretary, Director, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Information and Broadcasting Department from August 22, 2006, to June 30, 2008.
