Narendra Kumar, born on 23 October 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch of the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his career, he served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Director, and Additional Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Medical Education Department from 31 October 2008 to 31 October 2011.
