Narendra Kumar, born on October 3, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Material Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the CEO at Zila Parishad & DRDA, Rohtak, a position he has held since August 26, 2025. Prior to this, he was the Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer. Narendra Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
