Narender Singh Bhandari, born on 15 November 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served as Assistant Secretary. Currently, he is the Additional Chief Executive Officer at the Tourism Development Board, Uttarakhand, a position he has held since 13 February 2026. He continues to serve in this capacity.
