Narbu Wangdi Bhutia, born on April 9, 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, West Bengal cadre. Throughout his career, he held several key positions, including Member Secretary, Secretary, and Additional Secretary. His most recent appointment was as Secretary of the North Bengal Development Department, a position he assumed on May 17, 2022. Mr. Bhutia’s service in the IAS reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the West Bengal cadre until his retirement.
