Narayana Bharat Gupta, born on January 23, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. Currently, he serves as the Director in the Department of Collegiate Education, Andhra Pradesh, a position he assumed on October 28, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Managing Director, Deputy Secretary to Government, Executive Officer, and Joint Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Mr. Gupta continues to serve in the IAS with dedication.
