Narayan Singh Negi, born on September 1, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch of the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.A. in Art. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Under Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Secretary, and Chief Revenue Commissioner. His most recent position was Secretary in the Youth Affairs and Sports Department, from January 6, 2012, to August 31, 2012. Mr. Negi has contributed to the administration of Uttarakhand until his retirement.
