Narayan Pandey, born on November 3, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was as a Member of the Board of Revenue from June 14, 2004, to November 30, 2007. Throughout his career, Pandey contributed to the administration of Uttar Pradesh before retiring from service.
