Nandlal Arya, born on 14 October 1969, is a 2014 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served as a Settlement Officer. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary at Bihar in the Governor Secretariat, a position he has held since 18 July 2025. Mr. Arya continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative functions within the state of Bihar.
