Nandini Paliwal, born on 24 February 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.B.A. in HR Management from AMU, Aligarh. Currently, she serves as Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, a position she has held since 23 December 2025. Her previous roles include Commissioner and Commissioner & Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Nandini Paliwal continues to contribute to public administration in her ongoing service.
