Nandini Paliwal, born on 24 February 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.B.A. in HR Management from AMU, Aligarh. Currently, she is the Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, a position she has held since 23 December 2025. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Commissioner, Commissioner & Secretary, Deputy Director, Director, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Collector, and Executive Officer. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
