Currently, she serves as the Director (Personnel) at Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation, Bengaluru, a position she assumed on 16 October 2023. Her previous roles include Joint Director and Director within the same department. Nandhinidevi continues to contribute to the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation in her administrative capacity.
