Nandadulal Bhakat, born on April 14, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in the Parliamentary Affairs Department, with his most recent position as Additional Secretary in Kolkata, West Bengal, from February 4, 2013, to April 30, 2016. His educational qualifications include an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Burdwan and an M.A. in Urban Development from the University of East Anglia. Throughout his career, he held various roles such as Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Managing Director.
