Nand Lal, born on August 4, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1969 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Philosophy and a graduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Under Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, Secretary, Settlement Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, Managing Director, Chairman, Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, and most recently as Election Commissioner at Maharashtra. His extensive service in the Maharashtra cadre reflects a broad range of administrative responsibilities across multiple departments.
