Nand Kumarum, born on January 19, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Petroleum Engineering from the Indian School of Mines. Currently, he serves as the CEO of the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, New Delhi, since August 6, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Director, Managing Director & CEO, Deputy Secretary, Executive Director, Project Director, District Collector, Chief Executive Officer, Sub Divisional Officer, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English and Maithili.
