Nand Kishore Prasad, born on January 5, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, holding the position of Joint Secretary from December 20, 2001, to January 31, 2004. A graduate by education, Mr. Prasad contributed to the administrative framework during his tenure in the IAS.
