Nand Kishore Kalal, born on 22 February 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.D.S. degree in Dentistry from Rajasthan University of Health Science. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman at the Uttar Pradesh Ghaziabad Development Authority, a position he has held since 28 October 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Development Officer. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
