Namgyal Angmo, born on June 20, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2020 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. She holds a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from the USA and an M.A. in Economics from Delhi University. Currently, she is the Joint Secretary (Education) in the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, a position she has held since November 4, 2024. Her previous roles include Assistant Secretary and IAS Probationer. Namgyal Angmo is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
