Namgyal Angmo, born on June 20, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. She holds a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from the USA and an M.A. in Economics from Delhi University. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary (Education) in the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, a position she assumed on November 4, 2024. Her previous roles include Assistant Secretary and IAS Probationer. Namgyal Angmo is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
