Naman Goyal, born on 23 October 1998, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2022 batch, assigned to the Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar, Maharashtra, a position he has held since 11 August 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a Project Officer-cum-Assistant Collector. Goyal continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and governance of Maharashtra.
