Nalini Atul, born on 30 September 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT). Currently, he serves as Secretary at the Kalyana Karnataka Region Development Board, Karnataka, a position he assumed on 18 June 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Joint Secretary to the Government, Secretary, Managing Director, and Deputy Commissioner. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Nalini Atul continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
