Nakate Shivprasad Madan, born on January 6, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth Rahuri. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at Rajasthan Urja Vikas and IT Services Ltd, Jaipur, since April 1, 2026.
