Nagaraju Maddirala, born on 24 May 1966, is a 1993 batch IAS officer of the Tripura cadre. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Nagarjune University and an M.A. in Philosophy from IGNOU Delhi. Currently serving as Secretary in the Department of Financial Services since 3 November 2020, his previous roles include Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Adviser to Executive Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, Managing Director, Director, Additional District Magistrate, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in Bengali, English, Hindi, and Telugu. Nagaraju Maddirala continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
