Naba Kumar Mukhopadhyay, born on July 10, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch of the West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, Special Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the State Vigilance Commission from April 23, 2012, to July 31, 2012. Throughout his career, Mukhopadhyay contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal before retiring from service.
