N. Subbaiyan, born on May 9, 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds an M.B.A. and an M.V.Sc. Currently, he serves as the Registrar at Chennai in the Department of Co-Operative Societies since May 29, 2023. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Registrar, Managing Director, Director, District Collector, and Joint Managing Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Tamil Nadu.
