N Saravana Kumar, born on 24 July 1973, is a 2000 batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.V.Sc. and M.V.Sc. in Animal Husbandry. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) since 18 April 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary, Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Director, Project Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Personal Secretary to a Minister. He is proficient in English and Tamil and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
