Joint Secretary, Agriculture and Cooperation Department
N S Cheema, born on April 1, 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Punjab cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Sub-Divisional Officer, Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Director, and Additional Managing Director. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department from August 1, 1989, to March 1, 1991.
